J. Michael Duncan, Attorney at Law, is dedicated exclusively to representing clients with illness or injury whose Social Security disability claims have been denied. Mr. Duncan founded his Raleigh, North Carolina firm in 1993 out of a desire to help Social Security applicants with valid disability claims obtain the compensation they need. He began his career as a Social Security disability examiner for the government, where he worked for 13 years. Now, he brings his considerable expertise and experience to bear for victims of disability.

Barbara Andrews serves as his legal assistant. Mrs. Andrews is also a former Social Security disability examiner for the North Carolina Disability Determination Services. Her skill and compassion have helped many clients through the difficult ordeals encountered in pursuing Social Security Disability claims.
